Site Nebula reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Site Nebula immediately on demand against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you and, if applicable, your officers, directors, employees, servants, and agents, and against any other liabilities arising out of your use of our website.
7. Privacy and Data Security
Site Nebula is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of your data. All data collected and processed will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. For detailed information about data privacy and processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership of the website design, source code, and related assets resides with Site Nebula until the completion of a minimum 12-month subscription. Upon fulfilling this period (refer to points 23-29 for detailed conditions), the client attains full ownership rights to the website and its components, excluding any third-party materials or software.
9. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms are outlined in our service agreements, and clients are responsible for making payments as scheduled. Payments for our services should be directed to the Digital Lab bank account, the details of which will be provided in the service agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of work. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and will be subject to a 30-day notice period. No refunds will be provided for work already completed by Site Nebula.
10. Change Requests
Any change requests or revisions to the project scope must be submitted in writing. Site Nebula will evaluate changes for feasibility, impact on the project timeline, and additional costs. Change requests approved by both parties will be documented as amendments to the project scope and may incur additional charges.
11. Hosting and Domain
Clients may choose to purchase a domain separately or include it in the package. Site Nebula offers superfast cloud hosting as part of the package. The client's choice will be detailed in the service agreement.
12. Website Development Timeline
The duration of website development depends on the project's requirements and can range from a week to a month.
13. Post-Launch Updates
Clients can request changes to their website after it's launched, but such updates may involve additional costs depending on the scope of the update.
14. Technical Support
Technical support is included in our packages to assist with any issues or inquiries.
15. Payment Method
Monthly bank transfer.
16. Additional Costs
Clients will be informed of any additional costs associated with updates or changes beyond the agreed scope.
17. Backup and Recovery
In the event of client-induced issues resulting in website damage, Site Nebula reserves the right to charge an additional cost for retrieving the website from backup.
18. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice with a 30-day notice period. Clients are responsible for fees associated with work completed to date.
19. Website Transfers
Site Nebula can assist in transferring existing websites to our platform, subject to a separate agreement.
20. SEO and Speed Optimization
Site Nebula offers SEO services and website speed optimization as part of our packages.
21. Customer Support
Our customer support team is available to assist with any inquiries or issues.

23. Ownership and Transfer of Graphic Design and Website
Graphic design and website assets, including but not limited to custom graphics, layouts, and code, remain the property of Site Nebula until the client completes a minimum 12 months of subscription payments. Upon reaching this milestone, the client gains full ownership rights to the website and its associated components, excluding any third-party materials or software. Until the 12-month subscription period is fulfilled, the client is granted the right to use the website and its design for their business or personal use.
24. Transfer Fees and Conditions
Should the client wish to transfer their website to another service provider before the completion of the 12-month subscription period, a transfer fee may apply. After the completion of the 12-month subscription period, the transfer of the website out of Site Nebula's platform is free of charge.
25. Changes to Ownership Terms
Site Nebula reserves the right to modify the ownership and transfer terms outlined in section 23 at its sole discretion. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to the client in writing, and the client's continued use of the services after such changes will indicate acceptance of the modified terms.
26. Refusal of Transfer
Site Nebula retains the right to refuse the transfer of a website if there are outstanding fees, violations of these Terms and Conditions, or other reasons deemed reasonable by Site Nebula. In such cases, the client will be notified of the reasons for refusal.
27. Transfer Process
Clients wishing to transfer their website after the 12-month subscription period must submit a written request to Site Nebula. The transfer process will be initiated upon confirmation of the request, and relevant details and access will be provided to facilitate the smooth transition to the new hosting or service provider.
28. Effect of Subscription Cancellation on Ownership
In the event of subscription cancellation before the completion of the 12-month period, ownership rights to the website and associated assets will not be transferred to the client. The client may continue to use the website until the end of the subscription period, but ownership remains with Site Nebula until the completion of the minimum subscription term.
29. Terms of Graphic Design
Graphic design services provided by Site Nebula are subject to the same ownership and transfer conditions outlined in sections 23 to 28. The client gains full ownership rights to graphic design assets after completing a minimum of 12 months of subscription payments.
30. Severability
If any provision of the ownership and transfer terms outlined in sections 23 to 29 is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
